Hedley Solutions Ltd is a long established company with origins from a strong engineering background established in 1971.
Over the years extensive experience in all aspects of Building Services encompassing Voice and Data, Data Networking, Audio Visual and Video Conferencing, Electrical and Mechanical services has been attained:-

• Support and Maintenance.
Audio Visual Solutions and Video Conferencing are now at the core of operations along with Networking Hardware, Voice and Data Cabling whilst also maintaining our original Electrical and Mechanical Engineering services
These are provided as a support service to the main core operations enabling us to deliver a Comprehensive Building Services Solution to all customers who are looking to implement any area of a Building Services requirement, ensuring seamless installation and commissioning provided within a single visit eliminating non-functionality problems i.e. waiting for the ‘electrical’ solution or ‘the data specialist’.

One of key successes for Hedley Solutions in developing our business has been the commitment to training and development of all personnel. The main contributing factor to the on-going success of the company is that all staff are directly employed and supported through their training and development to ensure that a highly experienced and committed workforce is available at all times.
Hedley Solutions currently employs over ninety personnel across two offices, the regional office in Durham and our Head Office in Peterborough.
All of our engineering personnel who visit customer sites carrying out the installations are easily identifiable by their corporate uniforms and fully liveried Hedley Solutions Ltd vehicles giving all customers complete confidence that the company is carrying out the works.
Our workforce take great pride in their operations and installations on site ensuring utmost customer satisfaction is achieved every time which is clearly demonstrated in our Customer Satisfaction Surveys where our engineering workforces score in excess of 98% at all times.
This commitment has resulted in our continued growth year on year and we are now attaining a turnover in excess of £8.5m (2007) from £2.1m at the time of the Management Buy-out in 2000.
