Health and Safety
Hedley Solutions pride themselves on their health and safety record, all engineers and management have received CSCS training and hold valid cards appropriate to their discipline, more recently the company has further invested in the Construction Skills Site Safety Plus Training Schemes. All Management are now qualified under the 5 Day SMSTS (The Site Managers Safety Training Scheme)with all supervisors attaining the 2 day SMSTS supervisors accreditation.
All activities of the company’s operations which involve a risk or hazard have been assessed and the appropriate training provided including;
• PASMA
• Asbestos Awareness
• Scaffold Training
• Noise and Vibration
The company has also been assessed by CHAS and Constructionline and are approved contractors under both schemes.
