The client requested a quotation for the supply and installation of LCD screens to be installed into both surgery waiting rooms. Following meetings with the practice manager we concluded that rather than having a Powerpoint presentation continually cycled through the best solution would be to incorporate a PAD’s digital signage solution. Digital Signage offers the ability to quickly update, schedule and display content on the display. The screen can be divided and scheduled to simultaneously display a variety of content including live video, logos, news feeds and presentations.
A free site survey was completed and quotation provided with a range of solutions. The quotation included supply and installation of the LCD screens, PAD’s digital signage, brackets, cabling and provision of associated power.
Due to the work being undertaken in busy surgery waiting rooms we arranged to complete the installation over a weekend whilst the surgery is closed. This was agreed to the most practical solution for the customer.
Since installation we have created the digital signage content and set up the PAD’s system to meet the customer requirements and completed staff training.
