SEPTEMBER 2008 - New Name for Hedley.

HEDLEY Solutions Limited our new name effective from 1st September 2008.

HEDLEY has had several changes of name over the decades since its formation in 1971, and it was felt within the company and by some of our customers that our ‘2000 Limited’ had become dated. This was introduced at the time of the MBO in the year 2000 so was very appropriate at that time. As a company that listens not only to our people but also to our customers we took on the challenge of reviewing our name and image. Several brainstorming sessions were conducted with the outcome that HEDLEY within the company name has always been maintained over the decades whenever we have changed our name, as it is well known and respected within the industry as being synonymous with Quality. After conducting a complete and comprehensive review of our operations our new name became apparent very simply: HEDLEY (this is our mark of Quality) and Solutions (this is what we do - provide solutions to customers). So we are delighted to introduce our new name, website, new image and company information: we hope you like it.

As part of the new image and branding, we are putting more of the services we currently provide into our brochures and website to provide a greater insight into our company’s services. We are very conscious that some of our customers only use a fraction of the services available and would encourage everyone to explore all our offerings as you may be pleasantly surprised that we can probably service a larger proportion of our customers’ requirements.

Our website includes lots of new facilities some of which will be fully enabled in the very near future providing even easier ways of using our services or gaining information.
